What are some valuable advice you learned from your parents that has helped you a lot today?

I learned some great thing from my parents that really have helped me out. I wonder why we are ignorant to their advice when younger but now i am learning how valuable it really is.

Don't let people get to you because chances are they're not going to be paying your rent or bills in the future.





Just because other people are doing it, doesn't mean it's a good idea.





Love yourself because there is only one you.

My mom taught me one thing


stand tall and NEVER let any one push you around.


never be perceived as weak or powerless and there is nothing wrong with having a few people who are afraid of you





If it weren't for that lesson I don't know if I could survive in life. It's a tough world and you gotta be a tough kid to live in it.
My mom taught me to have respect for myself


And my dad taught me to never give up.


I know both those things have helped me a lot
