Does anyone have some good advice on trying to coneive. I don't want ';have sex';. But like how saliva and ky lube cna kill sperm.

i read that saliva really kills sperm, so avoid oral sex when you're TTC. Also avoid spicy foods, caffeine, alcohol, smoking. You should start taking prenatal vits like folic acid. And most importantly, enjoy having sex, i also read that the pressure that you're feeling affects your chance of conceiving. So just relax and take the nature take its course. Actually, there's a lot of advice one can give you but you really should see your obgyne.
after two years of trying i finally conceived with the help of my infertility doctor





my husband used some vitamins and antioxidant to improve the sperm quality and quantity





i also used gonal f injections and HCG trigger shot

I've heard saliva kills the sperm, but my husband always put saliva on to make it easier to go in (TMI I know), but I still got pregnant. We did try different though... I started charting.
