The best way to do this is:
1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6 meals a day. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least 1200. Can eat more calories if you are more active.
2) Drink plenty of water. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon is preferred.
3) Do full body weight training 2-3x a week where you are shooting for 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a weight that is heavy for you. Focus on compound movements.
4) Get some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes per session.
5) Track your progress and consumption. By keeping track of everything you eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if the results are not what you desire.Can anyone give me advice on how to lose 30lbs in 8 weeks! please any good advice would be appreciated!?
1. dont bank on the words 'fast' %26amp; 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
2. start brisk walking 60-90mins a day
3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!
5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts
6. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like
7. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...
8. be smart when eating out or at events/functions
9. dont trust myths like ';no food after 7pm';...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:
eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep
the example eat menu :
Breakfast
Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Lunch
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.
Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day

do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water. no pasta and no rice and no junk food and low carb.

easy. Loose the cokes. NO CARBONATION NO SUGAR. that made me lose 15 pounds in two weeks. NO preservatives and no fast food. Choose grilled over fried, and try to use organic foods when your cooking. hope this helps!
