Would like advice could i possibly be pregnant?

i have irregular periods for the last 6 months, at the moment im tired, really cranky and have notice i have signs of blood in my discharge i have every now and then really bad pain like period pain. i have been trying for a baby for 10 months Would like advice could i possibly be pregnant?
I doubt that you are pregnant but I would definitely go and see your Dr because you may actually be miscarrying if you are in the really early stages. There shouldn't be any blood and you shouldn't be getting period-type pains at all in pregnancy in early stages if all is well. See your Dr.Would like advice could i possibly be pregnant?
This sounds like a period to me. If you were spotting (from implantation bleeding) cramps normally wouldn't accompany that.
uuuuhhhh, is your belly bulging? if so, yes you are. if you forgot to look, please do so. if not, visit a doctor
First have u took a test yet? If not u should cuz my cuzin didn't know she was prego until she was about 6 mths and shes now 8mths and still can't visually tell she pregnant cuz her belly sooo smalll
Take a test. No one here will be able to tell you for sure whether or not your pregnant.
