I think to be a good corner you need to have good speed and great footwork. You need to watch some of the corners in the NFL and watch their footwork and their hips when they are back pedalling.What is the absolute best advice for a new cornerback?
I would say don't allow seperation between you and the wr you are covering and use that first five yards off the snap to torture who you are covering. Make them angry.
